Tekntool Asset Recovery Form is designed to create a service ticket for the installed printers,PCs or any other devices which needs to be serviced/repaired.
This ticket will be sent to Trintas company and their technicians will be resolving the issues based on ticket summary and other details as added in the ticket .

Step 1: Open the mobile application
Step 2: Enter valid credentials.
Step 3 : On the home page, click the user profile menu.
Step 4 : Click the profile icon to navigate to the profile for account deletion.
Step 5 : Click the “Delete Account” button to get the confirmation popup for user account deletion.
Step 7 : if you click the “Yes” then you will receive a message “Account deletion operation is completed successfully.” After deleting the account, you will be logged out and navigated to the login page. 2.2.0 06/14/2024 Fixed:

2)admin can only view the all the tickets.
